Two posts in one day?!

Two posts in one day...hopefully that will make up for my slacker blogging. We've been doing well. Things are slowly adjusting to two...thanks for all the prayers and cards. Hope you're all doing well...

Ah, the breakfast of Champions. The other day, Neal did NOT sleep AT ALL. So, when Arianna begged for ritos (doritos) for breakfast, I caved. It saved me from a meltdown. All she needs is my can of diet coke and I would be mother of the year for sure!

This was a gift from a friend and Arianna loves wearing it around the house, all the time. Oh, and those of you who noticed, she's not in those jammies all the time, it was just a coincidence. I swear.

We finally finished our basement. We love it. It's been a great place to hang out as a family and let Arianna play and run.

Neal has a new favorite spot. Jason bought me this super cool wrap for Christmas. It's called a Sleepy Wrap and Neal LOVES being carried around in it. It's great because it gives me both my hands to chase after Arianna ;) This is what I look like wearing it. Yes, Neal is all snuggled in there!!

Nice and cozy in there...trust me, he can breath.

I finally decided that Arianna needed a new hair cut. It was sad for me because it brought me the realization of how big she is getting. She is so old! After I cut it, she said, "that's cute momma." Oh my goodness. I think sassy is a better word for her.

Arianna just being silly. The other night she insisted on wearing her crocs around the house, not wearing pants and sitting in her baby's stroller. It was so funny I had to take a picture of it.

Here are a few of our updated pictures of Arianna and Neal. I have a few more that I need to get downloaded, but the time in the day just isn't enough. Things are going well. Arianna is sort-of adjusting...we're working on it :) Neal is a good baby. He is starting to get his nights and days figured out (which is a good thing for mom!!!) Hope you're all doing well.

Merry UPS Christmas

As I said earlier, we had to cancel our Christmas party with Jason's family due to weather. We just couldn't travel and his parents couldn't make the trip in the snow storm either, so we ended up UPSing all of our gifts to each other. Yesterday we opened up our gifts from Grandma and Grandpa Nikkel. I promised them I would take pictures and a short video. So, this post is for them. Merry UPS Christmas!!
